Minimum rental period: One day (24 Hours) and any fraction of this period considered as being so.
Minimum age: 25 years old, with a minimum of one year valid driving license in Portugal.
Insurance: The rates include travel assistance, unlimited public liability and collision with a deductible amount of (A and B 900€) , (C, D and E 1.200€), (F, G and H 1.500€) and (I, J and K 2.500€).
To go out of Portugal: The hirer may, if authorised, with the payment of an extra tax, leave Portugal. This authorisation must be mentioned in the rental agreement.
Deposit: A credit card guarantee deposit will be requested.
Payment: Cash, debit or credit cards.
Extension of Rental Period: If an extension of the rental period is required, the client must contact Nice Trip (Central) on (+351) 289 585 433 (* Cost of a call to a Portuguese landline) with a minimum of 24h in advance.
The use of safety belts is compulsory at all seats.
